Musculoskeletal physiotherapy · No referral needed
Movement is the treatment.
Hands on when it helps, and a plan you do at home when it helps more. You will know after the first appointment roughly how many you need.
We will tell you when to stop coming.
Most of what walks through this door needs four to six appointments, not a course of twenty. If you are not measurably better by the third we will say so and either change the plan or send you to someone who can do more than we can.
What comes through the door.
A back that has gone
Acute low back pain. Most people are moving normally inside two weeks and we start that on day one.
Shoulders that will not lift
Impingement, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff. Slow conditions, honest timelines.
Knees, running and otherwise
Load management, gait, and the strength work nobody wants to hear about.
Necks and desk pain
Including the headaches that come from it, and a workstation setup that is not nonsense.
After an operation
Knee and hip replacements, repairs, fractures. We work to your surgeon's protocol.
Sports injuries
Ankles, hamstrings, tendons. Return to play criteria, not a guessed date.
