Six guides, no offices, and a satellite phone that is answered by someone who has been to the place you are asking about. We cap every departure at eight people because nine is the number at which a group stops being able to move quietly. If a route is not ready we cancel it and refund it, which we have done four times in twenty-seven years and would do again tomorrow.
