We come to the door.
Free collection and delivery inside four miles on a two hour window you choose, with a text when the van is fifteen minutes away. No minimum on the return leg.

How your things are treated.
Your wash, on its own
One household per machine. Nothing of yours is ever washed with anybody else's.
The label decides
Temperature, cycle and heat are read off the garment, not off a default setting.
Stains treated by hand
Before the machine, not after, which is the only point at which it works.
Anything we damage, we replace
At value, without an argument. It happens twice a year and we own it.
The weekly bag
A labelled bag on the same day every week, up to eight kilos, collected and returned folded. Skip a week by text, cancel any time, no contract.
