We order it from the surgery, chase it when they are slow, and text you when it is on the shelf. Delivered free inside three miles if you would rather not come in.
How the repeat service works.

Tell us once
One form in the shop, or two minutes on the phone. We do the rest with your surgery.

We order it on time
Seven days before you run out, and we chase the surgery if it does not come back.

You get a text
When it is on the shelf, not when it was ordered. Reply STOP any time.

Collect, or we bring it
Free delivery inside three miles, most afternoons, no minimum.
A pharmacist you can talk to, without an appointment.
There is a private room at the back and no charge for using it. Bring the box you are unsure about, the rash you would rather not photograph, or the letter from the hospital you cannot follow. If it needs a doctor we will tell you that, and tell you how quickly.

- Can I take these two together?
- Bring both boxes in. We check them against everything else on your record, not just against each other.
- Do I need to see a doctor for this?
- Often not. We will tell you plainly when you do, and how urgently.
- Why does my prescription look different?
- Usually a different manufacturer of the same drug. We will show you the two boxes side by side.
- Can you deliver to my mother?
- Yes, to any address inside three miles, and we will ring first so she is not startled.
