Built to your numbers, not your size

Every frame starts as a drawing and you approve it before a tube is cut. We fit you, we argue with you about the head angle, and then one person brazes the whole thing. Nine to fourteen weeks, about forty frames a year, no models and no sizes.

Scroll and it builds

This is a real orthographic side view of a 56cm road frame, drawn in the order the tubes are tacked: seat tube, top tube, down tube, head tube, then the rear triangle and the fork. The dimensions arrive last, which is also how a fitting session goes.

Reference drawing only. Your sheet is issued at 1:1 with your own fit numbers before any tube is cut.

Order to delivery

FITTING

WEEK 0

Two hours on the jig with your own shoes and pedals. We measure you, then we watch you ride.

DRAWING

WEEK 1

A 1:1 sheet issued for your approval. Nothing is cut until you have signed it off.

MITRING

WEEK 4

Tubes selected and cut to the drawing, then filed to fit by hand and tacked in the jig.

BRAZING

WEEK 6

Fillet brazed throughout by one builder, then filed back until the joints disappear.

ALIGNMENT

WEEK 8

Checked cold on the surface plate, corrected, and checked again. This is the part nobody photographs.

FINISH

WEEK 11

Prepared and painted to your specification, decals under the clear, then packed and shipped.
