Two hundred hours. One set of hands.
Every Vanguard starts as a bare frame on a jig and a builder who signs the tank when it is done. We hand-weld the loops, lace the wheels, and jet the carbs on a dyno older than most of the shop. Nothing is bolted on to hit a number. A bike leaves when it runs the way a bike should run, and not a day before.
01
Frame and fit
The backbone is TIG-welded from chromoly and stress-relieved before a single part goes on it.
02
Engine and tune
The V-twin is torn down, blueprinted, and dyno-jetted until the powerband pulls clean from idle.
03
Paint and sign
Tanks are sprayed in-house, hand-pinstriped, and signed by the builder who put the whole thing together.
From the saddle
“The throttle response is telepathic. This is the most honest bike I have ridden in a decade.”
“A Vanguard does not ask to be forgiven for anything. It just goes, and it sounds like the end of the world.”
“I put forty thousand miles on my Ironside and it has never once left me on the shoulder.”
