Property sells on photographs and on trust, and both have to survive a phone.
An agency, a development portal, an architecture practice, a trade: the job underneath is the same one. Somebody found you, and inside about ten seconds they are deciding whether you are the sort of outfit that returns a call. A listing grid with the prices missing, or a hero photograph that takes six seconds to arrive on a train, answers that question badly and permanently.
